The City of Leavenworth’s Housing Advisory Committee (HAC) is still seeking visionary ideas to address critical workforce and affordable housing needs. We have officially released the “Build it Together Leavenworth: Community Housing & Workforce Innovation Challenge“ Request for Ideas (RFI).
HAC invites stakeholders—including builders, developers, architects, business leaders, financiers, and community advocates—to submit proposals that blend creativity with feasibility and support our local workforce.
The City has demonstrated its commitment by earmarking up to $500,000 to be allocated toward one or more selected projects, along with other critical support such as regulatory assistance and dedicated facilitation.
