RecDesk is our new online platform that makes it easier and more convenient for you to register for Howard Hopkins Memorial Pool season passes from anywhere, anytime! It streamlines the registration process, allows you to manage your family’s passes, and view your activity history.

1. Visit our RecDesk portal: leavenworthwa.recdesk.com/.
2. Click on “Create Account”.
3. Follow the prompts to enter your information, including your name, address, and contact details. You’ll set up your own username and password.
4. Important: If you’re registering for children or other family members, you’ll add them to your household after creating your own primary account. Look for an “Add Household Member” button within your account profile. This ensures all family members are linked under one account for easier registration.

1. Log in to your RecDesk account.
2. Navigate to the “Memberships”. You might see options like “All” or “Annual Season Passes”.
3. Find the annual season pass options.
4. Select the desired season pass type (e.g., individual, family, senior, etc.).
5. Add the pass(es) to your cart, assigning them to the correct household members.
6. Proceed to checkout. You may be asked to review and accept waivers or provide additional information. All forms must be accepted before you can proceed to checkout. 
7. Important: You will be guided through the registration process to the payment screen.

Yes! After creating your main account, you can add all members of your household. Then, when you select the season pass, you can assign it to each family member from your household during the registration process.

While our credit card payment system is currently undergoing a fix, you have two convenient options to complete your payment after registering online:

1. In-Person with Cash or Local Check: After completing your online registration through RecDesk, you can visit the Howard Hopkins Memorial Pool during operating hours and pay with cash or a local check. Please have your registration confirmation (either printed or on your phone) ready.
2. In-Person Assistance: If you prefer, you can come down to the Howard Hopkins Memorial Pool in person, and our amazing pool staff will be happy to assist you with the entire registration and payment process on-site. They’ll get you signed up quickly and easily!

No problem at all! Our friendly staff at the Howard Hopkins Memorial Pool are here to help. Just come down to the pool during operating hours, and we’ll gladly assist you with creating your account and registering for your season passes.

Yes! Once you complete the online registration steps (even before payment is processed), you should receive an email confirmation to the email address associated with your RecDesk account. This confirmation will include details of your registration.

On the RecDesk login page, there should be a “Forgot Password” or “Reset Password” link. Follow the prompts to reset your password using the email address associated with your account.

The PRSA “pre-check” uses GIS addresses to ensure residency. When entering your address, please use street suffix abbreviations (like ‘Ave’ for Avenue or ‘Ln’ for Lane) to ensure your residency is accurately recognized within PRSA boundaries.
