A proposed program by the City of Leavenworth’s Parking Department on a new, discounted rate structure for local residents living within the Upper Valley Park and Recreation Service Area (PRSA) boundaries.

Why PRSA Resident Parking?
Affordable Access. Affordable pricing in high-demand areas. Lower initial rate helps residents access recreation and services affordably.
Supporting Community. Designed for community members who live and work within PRSA boundaries.
Simplified & Sustainable. Clear, predictable pricing with up-front eligibility verification,  balanced with market rates to ensure program viability.

PRSA Resident Rate (3 Hours = $3.00)

  • First 3 Hours: $1.00 per hour
  • After 3 Hours: Reverts to Standard Market Rate
  • On-Street Parking: 3 Hours MAX

Eligible Parking Lot Locations:

  • All on-street and eligible city-operated parking lots. Eligible parking locations are subject to change

Required Documentation:
All documentation must be current and clearly show that the resident’s address falls within the designated PRSA boundary area. Reverification of all documents may be required annually.
