Community Development
Community Development encompasses land use and building development, long range planning and code compliance. Staff members are engaged in administering a variety of regulatory requirements, and working on community development, strategic planning, and other special projects.
Permits that require Full Administrative Review can expect to follow this flow chart.
The work of the staff plays a vital role in assuring that all sectors of the community receive fair, courteous, and effective service, especially as projects move from conception to completion.
