The City of Leavenworth (Owner) is requesting bids for the 2026 Parking Lot Improvements project located in Leavenworth, Washington.
Please submit a signed bid proposal to the City of Leavenworth no later than 1:00:00 PM on Tuesday, March 3, 2026. Bids will be received by the Owner via one of the following methods:

- US Mail: PO Box 287, Leavenworth, WA 98826
All bidding procedures, contract adherence, and construction installation shall be in accordance with the Contract Provisions – Information for Bidders.
Contract documents may be purchased on www.questcdn.com for $22.00, nonrefundable, under project #10051856. Addenda will be published only through the online bidding service. Bidders that do not purchase a bid set will not automatically be notified of addenda and will need to periodically check the online plan room for addenda.
A voluntary pre-bid walkthrough of the City’s parking lots will be held on February 18, 2026 at 8:00 AM. The tour will begin in the Leavenworth City Hall parking lot, located at 700 US 2, on the north side of the building.
This Invitation to Bid may be canceled at the discretion of the City. If the invitation is canceled, notice of cancellation will be sent to all parties who have been sent the Invitation to Bid. The notice will briefly state the reason for cancellation. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in the bidding, and to make the award to the lowest responsible bidder as determined by the City.
