On Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at 5:30 PM, during the Study Session the City Council will receive a project update from ARC Architects regarding the Downtown Parking Garage Feasibility & Design project.
This update focuses on Phase 1, which identifies viable sites for a new parking structure. The City’s goal is to provide a minimum of 200 additional parking stalls within approximately 1,000 feet of Front Street Park to support downtown accessibility.

- Architectural Vision: The structure is intended to be consistent with Leavenworth’s iconic Old World Bavarian Alpine architectural theme.
- Current Status: Jeff Wandasiewicz of ARC Architects will present progress on site selection and feasibility analysis.
