LUA2025-062/LUA2025-067: A request by the Chelan PUD for rebuilding the electrical substation located at 222 Chumstick Hwy, Leavenworth, WA, parcel number 24170144100. The property is within the General Commercial zoning district with a Planned Development overlay. The project includes site preparation, placement of two new 28 MVA transformers with associated switch gear and breakers. The substations rebuild locations would be directly south of the existing substation, all on PUD property. The request also includes vacation of the existing historic Planned Development overlay, as the PUD substation is an allowed use within the underlying zone (GC) and the PD overlay is unnecessary.
