Planning Commission

This week, the Planning Commission will continue discussion on updates to LMC 18.66.035, Accessory Dwelling Units. Also on the agenda this week is updates to LMC 14.14.085 to clarify when ADUs require separate water/sewer services. As time permits, the Commission will also discuss updates to LMC 14.12 Off-street Parking and Loading, specifically within the commercial zones.
