The City will be upgrading and re-aligning wastewater flows along Commercial Street between 3rd Street and 8th Street.
The project generally consists of construction of a 1,000-gpm triplex wastewater lift station including a wet well and valve vault; electrical power and controls; pumps, piping, and valves; and a standby emergency generator.
Additional work includes installation of approximately 1,000 LF of 8-inch through 18-inch gravity sewer mains and manholes, approximately 900 LF of 10-inch and 12-inch pressure sewer mains, site piping including a 1-inch water service, hot box, and RPBA, installation of site improvements including a jib crane, fencing and gates, and restoration of asphalt surfacing, concrete curbing, and sidewalk.
