NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leavenworth City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Amendments to the City of Leavenworth Code permitting conversion of existing development into condominium ownership within the City’s Residential 6 and Residential 8 zoning districts, specifically Leavenworth Municipal Codes: Title 17 Subdivisions, Chapter 18.25 District Uses, and Section 14.14.085 Required Connections. The hearing will be held on June 5, 2024 at 7:00 PM in the City Hall Council Chambers, 700 Highway 2, Leavenworth, Washington and via ZOOM (link available on City Calendar https://col.dev.3sherpas.com/your-city-hall/calendar/). The proposed amendments are categorically exempt from SEPA pursuant to WAC 197-11-800 (19) procedural actions.
