NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leavenworth City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on amendments to the city’s standards for triplexes and residential design. The hearing will include updates to the Leavenworth Municipal Code (LMC) to permit triplexes in residential zones and modify residential design standards to enhance neighborhood character. This includes updates to LMC Sections 18.25.030 District Use Chart, 18.36.025 Residential Dwelling Standards, and 21.90.030 Definitions. The proposed amendments are categorically exempt from SEPA pursuant to WAC 197-11-800(19) procedural actions.
The hearing will be held on December 3, 2025, at 7:00 PM in the City Hall Council Chambers, 700 Highway 2, Leavenworth, Washington and via ZOOM (link available on City Calendar https://col.dev.3sherpas.com/your-city-hall/calendar/).
The Agenda, Staff Report and Draft Code are available online in the current PC Agenda and Packet. Interested citizens are encouraged to comment and/or attend the public hearing.
